Job Summary:
​
We are seeking a dynamic, highly energetic leader who inspires both students and faculty to reach their educational and career goals set forth by Innovation Dental Training Center. This position also requires ensuring program accountability for specific academic metrics pertaining to student retention. Strong leadership skills are required to provide educational planning, preparation and training. The successful individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong instructor bench, mentoring instructors, advising students, and supporting program enrollment and retention. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
​
Adheres to all Company policies and procedures, and operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation at all times.

Prepares lesson plans using industry-standard approaches (e.g., multimedia, adult learning methodology).

Teaches courses as assigned, instructs and evaluates students, develops students’ skills and encourages growth, and tracks their attendance, performance, and grades.

Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings).

Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned.

Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities.

Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel.

Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company.

Performs the job on Campus (no telecommuting or off-site duties/work).

Education/Experience/Qualifications, Certifications, and/or License Requirements:
​
A technical certificate or degree

At least five (5) years of related practical work experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.

At least one (1) year of in-class teaching experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Superior language ability/interpersonal communication skills.

Solid logic/reasoning ability and organizational skills.

Good word processing/spreadsheet/Internet skills.
