CURRICULUM

The Network Support Technician program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive background in networking and computer support. Courses provide hands-on learning experiences to prepare future graduates with a solid background of practical training directly related to the computer/network service job markets. Students will also receive instruction on how to properly analyze, design, test, and evaluate network/data communication hardware and software solutions. This program helps prepare students in obtaining entry-level positions in Helpdesk Support Technician, IT Customer Support Technician, and Network Support Technician fields through completion of the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification exams

CLASSROOM-TO-CAREER SKILLS TRAINING

To prepare for a vital role in the health care field, IDTC provides comprehensive, knowledge-based training in the following areas:
