Service Description

One of the best ways to determine if a Institution is right for you is to visit the campus. IDTC Recruitment offer campus tours to provide students and their families a better understanding of campus life. The tours are run by IDTC Admissions Representative, who proudly show places of interest, while providing fun facts and insightful information about the student experience at IDTC Career Center. An optional Informational Session focusing on IDTC programs and admission requirements follows. Representatives from IDTC will be visiting schools in Texas and around the world.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality service to all our students and applicants in a timely manner. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. In order to be respectful of your fellow mates, please call (469) 299-8974, as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 Hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another student access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (469) - 299-8974 between the hours of 8:30-5:00 PM. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 1 hour before the appointed time. A no-show is when a student misses an appointment without cancelling.
